1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Thoth platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Thoth is a service provided by us ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Thoth is an enterprise labeling and printing solution designed for industrial automation. The Service allows users to create templates, configure renderers, manage datasources, and execute print jobs via a cloud-based or on-premise environment.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the actions of any users you add to your tenant or group.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information.
  • Changes: We may modify subscription fees at any time. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thoth and its licensors.
  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the templates, data, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily disrupt the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
